PrimeHealth Asheville is a concierge medical practice. What does this mean for you financially? This means that you will still be able to use your insurance or Medicare to cover office visits and tests.

Understanding Your Insurance Options

We will submit claims to your insurance company.

Copays and deductibles will be your responsibility. We accept nearly all major insurance plans including, but not limited to:

Medicare and supplemental insurance
Blue Cross Blue Shield
United Healthcare (out-of-network fees apply)
Aetna
Crescent Health
And many more...

Annual Membership Fee Details

$2,450.00 annual fee per person. This payment can be made via cash, check, or credit card.

$612.50 will reflect the fee quarterly, and $204.17 monthly.

If paid quarterly or monthly, a credit card is required to be set up for auto-draft.

One dependent teen/young adult (age 15 to 25) per adult PrimeHealth member will be eligible for free practice membership. The annual fee for each additional teen/young adult is $750 per year.

PrimeHealth Asheville values family health, which is why we offer a complimentary practice membership for one dependent teen or young adult aged 15 to 25 with each adult member. For families with additional teens or young adults, we provide a significantly reduced annual fee of $750 per year for each extra member. This approach allows us to extend our comprehensive concierge medical services to the whole family at an affordable rate.
